Shipping policy

Shipping costs are not refundable and are determined by the shipping provider. Shipping prices cannot be modified.

When will my order ship?

Our goal is to ship all orders within 2-3 business days.

Please note, once a package has been picked up by a shipping provider, we are no longer responsible for it. At that point, it is the carrier’s responsibility and all lost/stolen package claims must be handled with them directly.

We urge you to take a moment to confirm your personal and shipping details prior to submitting your order. The Plan is not responsible for addresses incorrectly submitted resulting in delivery issues. Should an order be returned to us for this reason, the customer will be responsible for the costs associated with reshipping the order.

Can I make a change to my order?

Since orders are processed immediately once they are received, we are not able to make any changes to order details once an order is submitted through our shop. Please take a moment to confirm your personal and shipping details prior to submitting your order. 

Can I return or exchange my order?

Unfortunately, all sales are final and are not eligible for return or exchange with the exception of damaged or defective items.

Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us at info@theplanbylaurentruslow.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Be sure to include your order number, description of the damage and a photo, if possible. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your damaged or defective item, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

My package was marked as delivered but I have not yet received it. Help!

Prior to contacting your shipping provider, make sure to check with neighbors and other areas that receives mail or packages. If you are still unable to locate the package, we recommend reaching out to your shipping provider.
